After extensive time and research all of the data we've gathered, the common denominator for ineffective training has been the lack of a course-to-course follow-on standard. This research has proven that students attend different courses that don't provide consistency in hands-on labs, instructor ratio and in addition have considerable overlap in their materials and become an information overload by covering multiple technologies in such a short period.
