Break Thru's IDP department is a Specialized Curricula Development (SCD) service that enables BreakThru to develop and teach ANY topic on ANY technology. BreakThru Curricula Development and Customization methodologies address Real World issues, and concentrates on information that will equip employees with the knowledge of how to handle situations that they will most likely encounter. All of our courses are well paced and focused, and are geared toward targeting topical areas which will ensure immediate productivity upon course completion. Instructional StaffMost of our Subject Matter Experts (SME) have over 25 years in real-life practical experience in: Additionally BreakThru SME's have the ability to communicate their skills effectively and utilize their Hands-On experience in the areas listed above, bringing quality and value to the structure of BTS Services. Our instructional staff members are based throughout the U.S. and Canada to provide cost-effective local, on-site and off-site training and support. BTS Support StaffIs established by years of customer service experience, and includes field and support technicians. Technical support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our support staff is always nearby for quick responses to company emergencies ready and able to send instructors into your organization within a moments notice to handle any urgent requirements in training, consulting, design and/or application problems. Any student that has attended any one of our instructed sessions may call with follow up questions pertaining to any Training Programs they have taken, and our staff will be glad to get them the answers they need. Our BTS Support Staff is in place to assure our clients the service they deserve. BTS Management & Marketing StaffConsists of industry experts that have been in the technology arena for several years. Our staff successfully trains and supports thousands of students every year. BTS incorporates the latest technology to maintain and support all services. To do this, we work closely with some of the world's most progressive vendors to deliver the demanding performance you expect from your own critical systems. The result is carrier-grade quality in every product we train on ... and the confidence you need working with Today's Fast Growing Technologies. There is only one way to stay ahead - "Real-World Experience" Cancellations for scheduled courses within the current calendar year are fully refundable but must be received in writing 20 business days prior to the course start date. After 20 business days, cancellations are subject to 50% of the course fee. If cancellation occurs within 15 business days prior to the training you will be subject to the full course fee. Please note that for any end-of-year prepaid accounts or payments received for the following year or future years, will be given a BTS training credit only, and no refunds will be permitted. Student Substitutions may be made at any time. If BTS must cancel a course for any reason, the liability of BTS is limited to a $25.00 processing fee only. The prevailing party in any litigation, including appeals, shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs. |
