This course builds on the Avaya Modular Messaging basic system administration and will allow the attendees to build more complex caller applications and undertake more complex system administration functions. This course involves call flow design and implementation from the voicemail system perspective. Case studies are included in this course.
Personnel with modular messaging system administration responsibilities who need to develop more in-depth skills in the administration of their voicemail system.
